Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately and cannot be canceled. If you’d like to return your order after it arrives, please contact our support team to start the return process. 

Lost or Missing Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Thoson is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If the error is on our end, we’ll take full responsibility and send a replacement at no cost.

Customs & Duties
Thoson is not responsible for customs fees or import taxes once the order has shipped. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
