Total Estimated Delivery Time: Processing time + shipping time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped or are in transit. Customers must wait for delivery before requesting any post-delivery options.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Thoson is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, Thoson typically covers standard customs fees, import duties, and applicable taxes required for delivery.

Additional charges may apply in cases involving:

  • Refused or unclaimed shipments
  • Requests for additional documentation by local customs authorities
  • Non-standard or exceptional customs assessments

In such cases, customers may be contacted for resolution or such costs may be deducted from an applicable refund.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is lost or significantly delayed due to an error on our part, Thoson will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
